Welcome to Danika! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, danikasocial.com, and the services we offer, including the future Danika application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Service
Danika provides an AI-powered content partner designed to help small business owners create professional video content through a guided, conversational process. Our Service is designed to turn your authentic story into polished, ready-to-share videos.
2. Waitlist and Early Access
By signing up for our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from us regarding the development and launch of the Danika application. Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. Access to the beta or final version of the application will be at our sole discretion.
3. User Accounts (Future Service)
When the Danika application launches, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of the content you create using Danika ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Danika a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will never use your content for promotional purposes without your explicit permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harassing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Excluding your User Content, the Service and all its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Danika and its licensors.
7. Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy (Future Service)
When paid subscription plans are introduced, the terms for payments, cancellations, and refunds will be detailed in this section and will comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Danika be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Without derogating from the above, Danika's maximum liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Danika for access and use of the Service, and if you did not pay for such access and use, then Danika's maximum liability to you in connection with such use shall not exceed US $1,000.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Business Information
Danika is operated by Danika Social LTD., an entity registered in Israel, ID Number 517177267. Our registered address is 4 Shaul HaMelech Boulevard, Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes.
